Bumble Babee is a boutique - we carry different brands of bamboo clothing, plus our own!
5/1 UPDATE - Moving forward, we are focusing on our own brand! Please be aware that quality is of utmost importance to us, so we currently use multiple manufacturers - this means that there may be a slight difference between our products, but the sizing is the same.
What is your clothing made out of?
We exclusively carry bamboo clothing. Most of our items are 95% bamboo viscose and 5% spandex, but the blend can vary by style. Read item descriptions to see exactly what each piece is made of.
Bamboo is super soft and stretchy, so it will "grow" with your child! (It can fit 3x longer than other fabrics!) Bamboo is hypoallergenic and antimicrobial, so it's great for sensitive skin and allergies. The material is breathable and temperature regulating, perfect for all seasons. Plus it offers more UV protection than most fabrics!
Why do your prices vary on similar items?
The prices vary depending on the brand and style. We base our prices on what each brand sells items for, so we do not undercut their pricing. Bamboo items are typically more expensive than other materials, but they feel better and can typically be worn 3x longer than other fabric clothing.
How do I know what size to purchase?
We carry a variety of brands and do our best to have a size chart in every product listing, but some brands do not provide these. Each description will note if a product runs true to size (TTS) or larger/roomy in the descriptions. If sizing is missing, please contact us and we can get measurements for you, send comparisons, or send you the size chart if available.
True to size - fits average size children of that age, more snug cuffs per CPSC requirements
Roomy fit - has lots of room to grow, similar to little sleepies brand sizing
Where are you located?
We are based in Amarillo, Texas. We do not have a store front, but we attend vendor shows and have pop-ups. We also offer free local pick up. Our entire stock is online and we ship anywhere in the USA, Canada, and the UK.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before it ships (while it is processing). We ship orders as we receive them, within 1-3 days. Please review your order carefully before it is placed! If you need to cancel, please contact us at orders@bumblebabee.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Please double check your shipping information when you place an order- we are unable to make changes after an order has shipped, and with limited stock we may not be able to replace your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time our inventory is limited, so we only accept returns. Refer to our returns page for more info. We may update this policy as our store grows!
Sale/discounted and seasonal items are final sale, and returns will not be accepted.
Do items arrive in their plastic packaging?
No, all items are unpacked and inspected before selling. Since I am not a manufacturer, my stock is limited and I cannot easily replace items with defects. This also prevents you from receiving a defective item. Most items are unpackaged and hung up until sold in usual boutique fashion. Each order is packed with care by the owner!
Rewards/Discounts
We no longer offer VIP codes for discounts - instead, sign up for our rewards program! Earn points for signing up, ordering, leaving reviews, inviting friends, having a birthday, etc! Pool your points to redeem bigger rewards, but don't redeem until you're ready to use to prevent losing points!
Rewards currently do not combine with sales discounts, but may in the future!
