Shipping
We now offer free US shipping on orders over $25!
We currently ship to the USA, APO/FPO, Canada, and the UK/Europe.
Shipping is expensive for everyone, and rates change daily, so we charge a flat shipping rate. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information about the carrier and expected delivery date.
Most orders process and ship within 1-3 business days via USPS, but please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship, especially during sales! We have added options for priority shipping (US). For 2nd day air, please expect 2 business days from when the package was dropped off. We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays. If you need an order sooner, please contact us before you order!
Orders usually ship via USPS and deliver in 5-8 business days. We are not responsible for shipping delays: Once an order is with the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. Please be aware that busy shopping/holiday seasons can create shipping delays.
We ship internationally with Pirate Ship Simple Export. Tracking info will be provided, but estimate is 1-4 weeks! At this time we are not collecting customs or import fees for international orders, so please be aware of your country's policies and that you may owe these.
Current Countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, France, Finland, Belgium, Denmark, Australia. We may ship to others upon request.

Returns & Exchanges
Items sold at a high discount/sale and seasonal items are final and returns will not be accepted.
At this time we only accept returns. Returns must be made ASAP within 2 weeks of receiving your order - no returns due to wear and tear. Unless there was a mistake on our part (incorrect size or item, or defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us for return information - orders@bumblebabee.com. Include your order number and reason for return. All items must be unworn and in new condition, tags attached. Refunds will be issued once items are received and inspected.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We inspect all orders for visible defects before they are sent out. If you experience any defects upon first wash and wear, please let us know! We cannot accept items damaged from wear and tear or washing machine/dryer issues.
Please contact us if there are any issues with your order and we will do our best to resolve the problem!
